David Powell is a Certified Business Transfer Specialist and a Commercial Real Estate Broker (CCIM Certified), specializing in business brokerage, real estate leasing and sales, and business valuation for Lubbock and West Texas.

David has more than 30 years of professional experience in the West Texas region. As an experienced entrepreneur with business ownership, management and turnaround experience, David is acutely aware of cash-flow, inventory and growth challenges faced by owners of small and midsize businesses. His experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, food and service. David has had many personal buy/sell transactions and has purchased and sold multiple retail franchises and industrial companies for his clientele.

With more than $30,000,000 in real estate sales, David is also a Nationally Registered Certified Investment Member (CCIM). David and his team specialize in land, commercial retail, office and industrial properties sales, leasing and building management.

A common challenge an entrepreneur faces is finding qualified buyers for their businesses and commercial real estate. Today, David and his team apply their experience and commitment to helping business and commercial real estate owners through this difficult process. He received his business degree from Texas Tech in 1978 and real estate license the next year.
